Please download the Android Market (http://www.android.com/market ) using Android device Browser (if its not downloaded earlier) and then using Android Market you can download the EO Global Application from the Communication category amongst the different categories provided. Select the app and download it.
Under 'EO global Events' viewing feature, an user can view the details of the upcoming events corresponding to EO chapters. One can ’register’ and send request to event manager (corresponding to the chapter where a particular event is due to take place) to send updates about the event, or even for permission to participate in the same.
The simple application, which nullifies any need of e-mailing or online searches, brings things of use to the fingertips - quite literally!
The ’EO member profile viewing’ facility helps a user to check the profile of an existing EO member (’business’ as well as ’personal’) along with their photographs.
The application, started for the first time, asks user to select an EO chapter. Once specified, the selected EO chapter gets listed on the top amongst other EO chapters enlisted with the application. I believe that this intuitive Android application would open a new avenue for EO members (more than 7000, to put in number) to collaborate, communicate, learn and grow!
